Work for genuine self-enhancement, meaning rise above yourself.... which really means you do not care for yourself any more than you care for all others.

Take care of your mind - the rest will follow. Learn all you can - keep an open mind to new ideas. Listen to everyone around you, apply good judgement and learn.

Eat well. Do not smoke or take any kind of social drugs. Be sparing with alcohol. Exercise in moderation - walking and swimming are good.

Plenty of excercise, plenty of water, good food, fruit, veg, chicken, salads etc. Refuse to let things stress you out, and treat others as they treat you. Take time out for yourself at some point every day. Just love yourself, and be kind to others, and any nasty people, cut them out of your life. These are my new years resolutions, to take more care of myself.

you can best take care of yourself if you know yourself-----what i'm trying to say if whether you know your ups and downs....if you know your ups then you must find any ways to sustain it and if you know your downs you must find any ways how to refrain undergoing that stage......let's say being with your boyfriend/girlfriend makes you feel better then try to find ways how you can spend some time with him/ her...example #2 if you can't say no to your brother/sister if they ask money from you even though you don't have money then you must learn how to be tough -- tell them you have none for this time.........anyways, what i'm really trying to say is that it is only you who can answer how to take care of yourself...we are all distinct individuals which means what's best for me might not be good for you and vice versa...(",)

Get on with life. People who worry about what might happen to them wouldn't be able to get out of bed, let alone cross the street. Life is for living and enjoy it while you can.
