Play Cutler, he's come up in big games when Denver has needed him to. Young has done the same, but when facing the New England defense he will most likely be contained. Cutler, on the other hand, has the San Francisco defense which has been dismal. The Denver running game will be successful and open up the passing game for Cutler. As well, Cutler knows that if he wins this game that his team is in the playoffs. He will pull out a big game to get the win and make the playoffs.

I always choose the best player matchup. Young going against New England defense...he may have some points, but probably not a great day. He may even throw a pick or two.
Cutler is going up against SF who gives up a lot of points. Even though it maybe in snow. Cutler will take some shots downfield and should find a Javon Walker or someone else for a big TD or two.
Go with Cutler.

You have to go with Cutler. The Niners made Matt Leinart look like a pro bowl quarterback before his injury knocked him out of the game. Then, Kurt Warner came in and did great as well. I think you need to start Cutler.
Vince Young did great last week, but he has put up inconsistent fantasy numbers all year. He is going up against a top 5 defense. Expect some turnovers on just an average fantasy day for Vince Young.
Start Cutler.

Your QB situation is suspect this week.
- Young plays N.E who has a top 5 defense! At home or not N.E will contain his passing game.
- Cutler has a good matchup with San Francisco's secondary, however he is playing at home and the elements may not favor the passing game with the snow! I think it's time to overlook QB's on the waiver wire and pick the diamond in the rough.
Who is the rest of your lineup?

I would look for a QB on the waiver wire too. Somebody like a David Garrard or something. If you can't find anything, i'd play VY, only because he'll probably get some yards on the ground as well as in the air.

At home against San Francisco, Cutler should have a big day.

SF defense versus NE defense. That's the question you ask. NE defense is getting healthier each week, Rodney Harrison is back. If Vince Willlfork is in the run game will shut down drastically. If you think Vince Young can run over Pats D, go ahead, but Cutle rhas been down but he comes big when needed and they need to win.

Play Young. He has the Titans thinking playoffs. I know that they probably don't have a chance now, but they began showing some improvements with Young behind the center.

I would go with Cutler. He has thrown for at least 2 TDs in each of his starts.
