You can learn a lot from it, don't be scared or it will go away. I believe it is a spiritual type of communication. When I am in a spiritual place it comes a lot, but when I am in a bad place it is blocked. Listen to your intuition, what is it telling you.

One theory to explain dejavu is that one side of your brain is delayed in sending information causing a double image, so to speak. Because you are receiving this information twice, it makes it seem as though you have experienced the moment before (in a way, you have). Dejavu is common and almost everyone experiences it at least once in their lifetime. However, experiencing dejavu often can indicate other mental issues and I believe they include epilepsy. I'd have to read again on the subject to be 100% sure. If it worries you, you can always see a health professional.

There is no full explanation yet for dejavu.. It is more prominent or more likely to happen between the ages of 17 to 23 yrs. As you get older it wanes. The feeling of familiarity or being here before is meant to be a neurological break down or confusion where the brain registers it as a familiar scene. Out of anticipation of an event or time.

No, that is only something you have in your mind, even if some people give a meaning to dejavu. Means nothing of what they say.

"déjà vu" (French for "already seen", also called paramnesia) describes the experience of feeling that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously.
The experience of déjà vu seems to be very common; in formal studies 70% or more of the population report having experienced it at least once. References to the experience of déjà vu are also found in literature of the past, indicating it is not a new phenomenon.

Don't worry about it, there will be times throughout your life when this will happen.
