Do you think that giving unemployment allowances lead to more unemployment? Please vote for the following options

If done right it should help people up. I do believe that they need to put more regulations, but this is difficult with a program already stretched thin. Of course many things need improvement. However I don't think that the government should be responsible for long term care of capable individuals who can work.

I dont think it leads to more unemployment. In the state where I live you can only qualify for unemployment if you're terminated from a job, not if you quit. And even if you are terminated, the employer can still deny benefits. Unemployment is suppose to be used just until you can find another job, it's not suppose to be a permanent income.

Definately C... most who claim would rather have a job and a decent wage. It's no life on JSA, belive me, you barely have enough to eat. Life is tough if you don't know what you want to do, being unemployed can be a cycle of depression that can be hard to break.

C. IT REALLY NEEDS TO IMPROVE. A FAMILY OF 4 CAN'T LIVE ON 150.00 A WEEK. ESPECIALLY WHEN RENT IS 130.00. AND NO FOOD STAMPS PROVIDED. AIN'T AMERICA GREAT!!
