Being the holiday season came to an end, does anyone miss the Christmas specials or holiday spirit? Blech. I do.

Well it looks like you and I are the only ones that agree about missing Christmas so far. YES, at the stroke of Christmas night the radio stops playing the music....peoples trees end up in their front yard the very next day (grrrr) and it seems like it just stops....instead of the 12 days of Christmas which no one recognizes anymore. The holidays are supposed to last until New Years and very few people acknowledge that anymore. I keep my decorations up until New Years.
I always go through a post Christmas depression. It's my favorite time of the year....I love the music, the family, the lights, the classic shows....etc.

So....yes,...I feel your pain. This was also my first day back at work today..so that made it even more depressing.

Take care..but look on the bright side.....only about 250 days until we see Christmas stuff in the stores again HAHA.

No not at all. I hate holidays. Its just an excuse for greedy sales by companies.
Our Big Lots already had up all their Valentine Merchandies yesterda when I went in. Thats the day AFTER Christmas..and its up already!

What is wrong with this world.

No. The "fun" of Christmas is leading up to the day. Wrapped presents could be anything! Once they're opened, well, then they're just stuff. Prior, they're magic. Don't miss it at all once it's here.

It was nice, but I'm glad it's over. Wish I could spend more time with my family, though. :)
