Within most programs in Windows, when you click on "Print," the Print dialogue box pops up with several options. In this box before you press OK, it allows you to:
1. Pick a printer
2. Change preferences
3 Select a print range
4 Decide number of copies.

Click on the "Preferences tab or button"
Under this Preferences tab, new options appear such as:
1. Advanced
2. Shortcuts
3 Quality
4 Effects
5 Finishing
6 Color.

Your tabs may be different, but look though this "preferences" section for "COLOR"

Under the COLOR tab, there's typically 3 options:
Grayscale
COLOR
B&W only.

Choose color.

Now you should be able to print in color for that one document.
If you'd like to ALWAYS make it print in color, you can change your device preferences. To do this,
Under the START -> SETTINGS -> PRINTERS and FAXES tab,
select your printer and right click on it. Then select the "properties" option. A new dialogue box appears. Select "preferences" and find the COLOR MANAGEMENT button. It will allows you to make COLOR your default instead of B&W or Grayscale.

Hope this helps. Happy holidays.

In your printers properties or software that it came with. Or when you go to print something, select print setup instead of print and in the setup you can pick if you want color or b/w
