Well it really depends on what I eat- see if I eat like sushi or something there's no wind. But I made cabbage rolls a couple months ago and had a couple ruebens for lunch that week and I nearly farted myself right out of my office!!

Several times a day, but only when I'm in a grocery store, restaurant, or some other crowded place. Elevators are an excellent place to pass a little methane.
