i don't think that everybody is perfect,u can improve ur english by having chat to ur friend, watching english movies.and ur problem is that-so i feel reluctant to speak in english in front of others.nd let me tell u that many people in india doesn't know the meaning of reluctant
and keep in mind that nobody is perfect. u have to turn ur negative points into the positive ones nd u r doin engineering i know u have enough potential to do so.i will suggest no institiution becos institution r 4 those who doesn't have knowledge, build ur cofidence nd don't feel shy.i use talk in english nd many time i do some silly mistake but no one can notice becos i speak with confidence.

hello again..
I find that u degrade urself or have a kind of inferiority complex within u...

Listen miss, nothing is impossible when u work for it.

English is very important especially when u are going to do an MBA. So, please start speaking in english. PLease don't feel when u make mistakes. Afterall english is not a Mother language in INDIA.

Keep speaking in english and this is the only way to improve english... " Practice makes a man perfect " so, when u make mistake its ok.. But, u must see to that u don't repeat it again..

Try speaking in english INFRONT OF THE MIRROR. This is one of the mostly told tip by many professionals who i meet.

Let me tell u something, I'm doing my MCA in chennai. and i was very scared to speak in front of a girl even with boys till 9th because i didn't know english properly and also i was very shy but since then i started speaking in english (bad english. U can find 100 mistakes in a sentence) and not to boast myself i got 196 in english in my 12th and i even beat or overthrew the girl who always kept speaking in english and kept securing the highest mark in english.

Now, i present papers, give seminars and lectures and now, i'm not scared of speaking instead my class mates are scared to compete or speak with me..

I didn't tell u these to showoff but, i just wanted to tell u that if u wanna change the U CAN. ITS U who has to take the DECISION.

I would be glad if u mail me in regard to this. I would definitely help u out with this. And i'm ready to help u.

I'm not sure of the institutions but, u can find them online.. Try google (INDIA) search or sify. I'll let u know if i get any info regarding this..

I think U'll find a institute called "VETA"

Hope U start speaking in english and please please don't worry or even bother if some one is trying to pull u down.

Linguists think of reading and speaking a language as separate. As such, reading may not necessarily help with your spoken English. I recommend watching a lot of television shows and listening to the way people talk.

First, "English" is spelled with a capital "E".
Use a recorder to improve your speech. Start with simple sentences and listen to your voice.
Pay special attention to words that you'll be using the most.
Try to avoid slang and don't use "like" as much as teen-agers do.
