Keep in mind that you have a teir 1 low end budget class Android Phone.... its it absolutely nothing like its big brothers you see on TV.... now..... Apps on any Android phone download to the internal memory, not the SD card..... The Admire, being a budget class Android, has a very small internal memory. So when you download apps, you WILL get the error " Insufficient Storage"... You have to go to Settings>apps>manage apps and move apps to the SD card. OR......... get APP2SD and move them that way. Not ALLLLL apps can be moved to the SD card. System Apps and apps that use system dad cannot be moved to SD. Next... get a One Click Cleaner... and run this every night before bed. One Click Cleaner and App2SD are the 2 biggest ways to save internal memory. Also, manage your text messages and call history.... One Click Cleaner can delete all them in 1 click.... there is no freaking bloody hell way that someone needs to keep all their text messages and call history... now that you been edjumakatid.... Good luck

If you don't want to delete the data on your phone (pics music ringtones etc) then check to see if you have removable memory, usually an SD card. You should have a slot if its a modern Phone. if its full (the ones that come with the phone don't have a lot of memory) buy yourself bigger SD card, they are reasonably cheap. I got 1GB for £10 of the internet

If you're trying to upload multiple songs from your pc to your phone, try one at a time 1st. If it's still not allowing it due to "insufficient" memory, you might think about upgrading your phones memory card. sorryyyy
