The Acura TSX with the 2.4 uses spark plugs to fire the gas. DENSO iridium plugs are stock in that car. I think maybe your confusing the selling pitch that the plugs go 100,000 with out wearing out, thus some dealers tell you it will not use up the plug.

Unless it is a diesel engine it has spark plugs. They may be hidden under a cover but they are somewhere.

Only diesels have no spark plugs. If it burns gas it has spark plugs. They are probably under a cover.

Diesel works by compression. The Diesel gets compressed and the pressure heats it up and then it explodes.

you mean diesel cars in the cylinder the car compressed the gas/air so much that when the diesel gas mixes in the cylinder it combusts
