i was thinking about wearing fake lashes because my lashes are very thin but my friend keeps saying they make girls look like drag queens lol what do you think?

LOL! No they don't! It depends on the length you get. If your really serious about them try the SHORT length. At first they will look very long because you are not used to seeing yourself in them, but give it a couple of days and you'll be FINE! :0)

so the deal with fake lashes these days is that the best way tends to be the hardest. the ones that come as just three or four lashes look best when on, and you should trim them so they maktch your others once they are on. the point is to FILL IN not completely cover. then, you groom them with clear mascara like maybeline great lash, and finally put black over it. but, if you've got some money to spend, there is this great new thing called eyelash implants, they're semi-permanent, and good salons do it. you could look it up online for your town. the bottom line is, you need to do it to accentuate, and start subtly and work your way up.

The only way you will look like a drag queen is if you wear tons of black eyeshadow super long lashes and over the top lipstick. they have some eyelashes that look natural and they arent all super long or thick. or you could try rthe individual ones so you can wear them however u want.

it all depends on the lashes and the way you wear them! they sell some that are like "individual" lashes to apply one by one, those have a more natural look. also don't get any that are over exagerated and look fake! try half a lash, put only half of the lashes at the end of your eyes, it helps to make your eyes wider and lashes pertier!

I think they would look great! Just don't get some that anyone can tell is fake by being way too long or glittered or colored purple or something...

no... it just depends on how you do it. you see the stars, a lot of them wear fake lashes, you just gotta learn how to do it right and not overdo it.

Definately not, if you're worried about looking too dramatic, try applying strands of it instead of the whole strip. Much more natural.

I think if done right - and this will take practice then they will look beautiful.
BTW, did you know you can get eyelash extensions? Similiar to hair extensions and they last about 6 months!
