i do, but dont worry if you dont, now you get to kiss anyone!!!
go out with some friends, then when the ball drops and all the cute guys see that you're there by yourself, they might ask for a kiss! or, you can just ask the cutest guy there and say you dont have anyone to kiss, but if you want the new year to be lucky, you need to find someone and that they are the cutest one there so they must be the luckest! (just make sure the girl friend isnt around!)

New Year is the time for rebirth of old friendships relationships etc get with a crowd you re guaranteed a kiss if you cant kiss them let them kiss you eveybody is happy even the courts

it's okay if you don't. it's better to kiss someone you have intentions towards than just kissing some random stranger...unless alcohol is involved (and it usually is) then just find a cutie to make out with. don't be shy if you have your eye on someone, approach them. They may be into you and even if they aren't you can decide to pursue them anyways or cut and run.
Also, the person that used the word retarded, that is not an appropriate use of the word. Please refrain from demeaning others through your words.

I don't either, and I like it that way for now, I have much better things to do on New Years Eve, I hope nobody at work tries that with me either, I am just not into that scene now. But, if you want, I hope you find someone to kiss on New Year's Eve. Best wishes. :)
