As already pointed out, one angle supplements the other if they both add up to 180.

Since we're given the first angle to be 60 degrees, it's all about solving x in this equation:

x + 60 = 180

Therefore x = 120 is your angle, so your answer is (c).

You need to remember that supplementary angles are 2 angles for which the sum is 180 degrees. Then it becomes a simple subtraction.

Another similar term that comes up related to angles is "Complementary angles". Complementary angles are 2 angles for which the sum is 90 degrees.

Add these 2 terms to math stuff you need to memorize.

Good luck!
