You will rid yourself of that annoying noise related to clicking anything by doing the following:

1. Go to ´Start Menu´
2. Navigate to ´Control Panel´ (it should be visible as soon as you have opened your ´Start Menu´)
3. Choose ´Sounds and Audio Devices´
4. From the opening window, choose the tab titled ´Sounds´
5. on the bottom of the window there is a event list with all the associated sounds, from here you have two paths:

a) Disable all sounds from the ´Sound Scheme´ drop-down menu by choosing ´No Sounds´. This way there will be no action oriented sounds, but all other sounds such as music and videos will work perfectly

b) Choose individually each event that has an sound associated with it, and make sure it´s not related with the annoying clicking induced sounds that you´re suffering from. This you can do by listening the sound using the ´play´ -button next to the event name.
