well are you younger then she is if you are she care's and she is only looking out for you and you are geting it all wrong,she don't mean to upset you.trust me she could not hurt your feelings for her.she is only trying to be a part of your life too.it's not easy ok,so give her a chance and please don't forget your gonna have your turn too where you will be a sister in law to some one else then you will also be in the same position as she is in.
so keep your hair on and don't fall out with her.try and make her feel partof your family.
make her your friend soon she will be like a sister to you.don't forget she is your brother's wife and so she is a part of your life too.

Sure, you know why. It may be childish, or you can't believe you feel shes replaced you in your siblings affection, or she looks like a girl you hate, or her tone of voice is your sixth grade teachers, but you know why. What you have to do is get over it so you stop sounding like a snotty kid. Unless she is actively nasty, which it doesn't sound like she is, being polite will make every ones relationship more pleasant. You don't have to like someone to be polite, you just have to be polite.

try reacting in a different manner. Treat her the way that you want to be treated with kindness and respect. Over time the relationship will change.

because you cnanot choose your relatives and presumably either you or she has married into the family, so it wasn't your choice.
