If I buy the sims 2 will I have to buy something esle to get it working our does it just install itself then you'll just be able to play without having another game to get it working?

the sims 2 is the main game they are expansions like nightlife or university that needs sim 2 to play it.

No you dont have to have another game to get it working. when you try to install it will run without other games. it would be stupid and pointless to do such a ridiculous things. game creators would never do such a thing. they wont do it the hard way. for expansions you need the game Sims 2.

i agree with Mustng0021's.. the sims 2 doesnt need another game to install it.. but the sims2 university and nightlife and others need the sims2 to install them to be able to play em
