My water pump went out on my 1997 Jeep Cherokee and I had it replaced along with the serpentine belt and the thermostat. Now, my heater does not blow hot air. It is barely even warm air. Does anyone know what could have caused this?

The cooling system maybe air locked. I put an inline cooling system flushing adapter (Its a hose adapter about $5)in the heater hose. You can bleed the air out at that connection.
You could try loosening the clamp on the heater return hose stick a thin screw driver blade under the hose to allow air to escape.

Have you felt the heater hoses under the hood going to the heater core? They both should be hot. If one is hot and the other is cold, you have a restriction in the heater core or the heater selector valve is bad. If neither hose is hot, you have a lack of coolant issue, thermostat problem or a lack of coolant circulation like from a bad water pump.

Maybe a defective new thermostat. Maybe someone pinched off a supply hose to the heater.

faulty thermostat, lack of coolant (check your overflow reservoir), or air pocket. If you had a mechanic do it, take it back. if you bought the parts yourself, try one thing at a time starting with the easiest.
