Does anyone know what day Charlotte's Web was realeased into theaters? Some sources say Dec. 15, others 20th.....

It could be both - many movies have limited releases early on, and then release wider after that date. For instance, it could have opened Dec 15th in New York and L.A., then opened Dec 20th in other cities.
A great place to check is the Internet Movie Database (www.imdb.com). Just search for the movie you want, and on the left column check out "release dates" it'll tell you when it opened.
