I would say you're doing really well losing your pregnancy weight. The ideal body weight for a female whose 5'4 is 120. So even before taking your age and the fact that you're post-partum into consideration, you are slightly under the ideal body weight. Congratulations on your baby and losing your baby weight!

This is really not enough information to determine anything. What is good for you? If you are asking if you are considered healthy in regards to how much fat you put on during your pregnancy, you should refer to your body fat percentage. This number is a far better indicator of your overall fitness physique. Weight is very inaccurate because it does not take into consideration the differences between your muscles, bones and fat. Each have a different density and mass and therefore have different weights of their own. Two people of the same height and weight could be significantly different in terms of a healthy physique. A very fit woman at your age (one that eats extremely well and exercises often) may have a body fat percentage of 16-19%, which is very trim. Women that typically consider themselves "overweight" tend to have body fat percentages in excess of 24%. Anywhere in between is average.

125-135 is the IDEAL weight for a 5'4' female in their 30's
So you are okay.
Don't lose anymore though , they say you should weigh 5-10 lbs over what you normally weigh so that if you get sick your body can recover faster.
If you are way too thin and get sick there is no excess nourishment for your body to survive on and it takes a lot longer to recover.

Post-pregnancy is a little surprising, as well as your age. It seems just a little bit light considering I'm the same height and only a few pounds less than that, along with no kids and being 7 years younger. I would think you could use a few more pounds.
