Sniff warm salt water. This will clear and heal your stuffy nose and help sinuses.

Put warm tap water in a cup with 2 tablespoons of salt. Mix until disolved and dip your finger into the solution and place up to your nose and sniff.

Water in the nose does not hurt anyone. It will drain into the throat. Gargling with warm salt water is good also. Salt is healing.

Crush a garlic clove, eat it and follow with a teaspoon of honey.
This will open your entire head up and ward off a severe cold.

there is a cure..but i think it costs about $50. its those things doctors use to blow up some moisture up your nose to clear it up.

But really, how can a stuffed nose bother your breathing / sleep?! you still have 1 and 1/4 of a nose working , Lol. anyways dont worry, it'll be over in 3-5 days.(for me at least..)

Dimetapp seems to be the only thing that works for me. Sorry. Every winter I wake up as the poster child for post nasal drip as well. : )
