I am interested in industrial statistics. What schools have a reputable and good department? Cost is no issue.

I agree with firefly's answer in terms of finding good programs, but there are many programs that are not listed there, and the programs listed there do not necessarily specialize in industrial statistics.

In addition to looking at the links provided by firefly, I suggest visiting www.amstat.org, which is the link to the American Statistical Association (ASA). You can check out http://www.siam.org/, which is the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics. (This can be found by clicking on "related links" from ASA's website.) ASA also offers a comprehensive list of schools with graduate programs at http://www.amstat.org/education/SODS/index.cfm?fuseaction=main.

I would definitely ask statisticians involved in industrial statistics which schools have good programs, since the ones listed by firefly are categorized under different criteria.

Here is a VERY cool site for doing just this!
The basic rankings, which place Duke at the top, are found here:
http://cresmet.asu.edu/nagps/rank.php?sortMethod=-1&basic=Get+Basic+Rankings&w0=0&w1=0&w2=0&w3=0&w4=0&w5=0&w6=0&w7=0&w8=0&deptSet=1&deptType=146

If you want to customize your criteria, go here:
