Is USB2.0 Solar Battery Panel Charger compatible with the Creative Vision 30gb model?

I wanted to get a Creative Vision and i wanted to get a solar charger, I was just wondering if anyone who had it know if they are compatible, the charger says that it was usb compatible so in theory it should work...

if the wattage, voltage, and amperage are the same, its fine.

You can also use a PSP charger that connects via the little adapter that it comes with.
