well actually it seems there were 13 months in the year this year (2006) tho i have to admit i didnt notice it myself, since i dont usually use a chinese lunar calendar!

well i suppose that if the Earth somehow slows down it's orbit of the sun and takes longer, we'll have to add a month, that's incredibly unlikely though so I'm going to have to say no.
