I love all the comments and ideas they are great I not sure yet what I would do but I love all the great ideas! I will keep thinking my self

if i had $50 million, i would first throw a big celebration that would never be forgotten! Then i would get down to business! I would first give some to family and close friends and charity, then build our(my family's) dream home! No mansion or anything, just a cozy, yet beautiful home that would be really well decorated!

Great question:
10 Million to direct family. Set them up.
20 Million invest for a constant income stream until I die.
5 Million Tithe.
15 Million start a business that helps people.
Then knock myself out spending the income from the 20 Million. Think about it. At 6% (Current Interest rates) and 50% tax. That is $11,500 a week play money!

Put some in a fund to pay tuition for deserving students. Fund an operation that kept the roads clean. Help habitat for humanity. Fund all Zoo's and wildlife services, also SPCA's . 10% to my church. Start a Journey to Living horse therapy camp. Help the America Indians with their own Journey to Living.
If I had any left over. I would like to have a little cottage by the sea to go to in the summer.

50 mil? I'd set up trust accounts for my children so their educations are paid. My debts are all pretty much paid off already, but I'd take care of anything small and then set up a revokable family trust to deal with the tax situation. I'd probably purchase a vacation home in Aruba and just settle back and live modestly and quietly.

I would get my PhD. I would donate several million to helping children and the elderly in my community. I would build a huge house on Tybee Island, for the weekends, and buy a house in downtown Savannah for the weekdays.

I would pay my tithing first($5 mill), then give each of my kids, brothers and sisters and mom a million dollars each($14 mill) then I would give some of my nieces each 1/4 mill. ($! mill). Then I would donate some to charities ($5 mill). I would build me a house and have my pickup fixed. I would invest some and save some and pay off my bills.

i would help the homeless and the hungry through out the USA. it is unreal how many people are 1 paycheck away from homeless and hungry
