if the PDF in question cannot be printed, it's been encrypted and the print option disabled in an effort to protect the integrity of the information. you could try to use the print screen option, but that could be a major task if the document is large. Plus the quality is going to suffer.

If you can get the password to unencrypt the file, that would be your best bet.

I am not familiar with .pdf file print lock.

But I think you can open the file and

press ctrl+A to select its content.
Then press ctrl+C to copy
Then open a new text file.
press ctrl+v to paste.
Then save it as pdf file.
Now open it and I hope you can print it.

If the above dont work
try,
Maximizing the window and press print screen button to get screen shot of the page.
Then edit it using Paint and make print out

You can't unlock because that has been disabled by the PDF writer. You can try to copy the matter and paste in in MS Word as 'paste special' HTML format so that all text and images are pasted. Else you can use your print screen key on the keyboard and paste it in any paint software.

You can't, without the password. There may be two, an owner password and a document password.
