I mean, the entire population are clones of you. Same personality, habits, everything. What would the world be like?
For me, not everything would get done that needs to get done. People would be moody and lazy. But the good things would be that the world would be neat, and there would be no fur coats, animal poachers, or anything of that nature. Global Warming would stop and we wouldn't waste water (I'm a tree hugger...no mean comments please).

A bunch of laughter, potty talk, chit chat, laziness, shopping trips, color coordinated closets, overly organized kitchen and bathroom cabinets and dresser drawers, credit card swiping, check writing, no jobs and no bills.
