I would tend to guess that you have a moisture problem up under the dash. When dry, the corroded contacts are ok, but when wet they are shorting out across to other circuits.
I would have the back of the dash and the plugs going there examined and also the large plug where the wires come in from the engine compartment to the passenger compartment.
Look for whitish power residue around connectors or possible rust if it is bad enough.

sounds like you want pads/rotors up the front and shoes/drums interior the decrease back. also, the pedal dropping to the floor is an illustration of lost pressure interior the braking equipment. this suggests you've both run out of brake fluid and examine air interior the lines or the lines are rusted and one or extra has damaged. Or in case you extremely ran your brakes down way previous their decrease the cylinders interior the calipers or wheel cylinders would were pushed out too a procedures and lost pressure, yet thats not likely, you possibly choose lines.

this vehicle has a common problem with corrosion's in both under-hood fuse boxes. take it to a shop that does a lot of electrical repairs and have terminal ends replaced.

did you have the wind shield replaced recently? your problem is moister and it is shorting out the circuits behind the gauge cluster. you need to have this problem fixed before the gauge cluster burns out.
