Okay first I love that you are plural and weigh 97lbs. Which means each of you weigh 48.5lbs!
I would say if you are a 37 y/o man who only weighs 97lbs, you need to eat something. I'm not quite sure what that has to do with your office job? I mean normally you gain weight in an office job, so maybe that's a good thing for you to not be so active, since you are so thin! How tall are you then? Eat something & relax/sit down is my advice...

My guess you are are 97 kilos. That is about 215 pounds. I do not know how tall you are, but to lose weight you need to start an exercise program and reduce your caloric intake (3,500 calories = a pound so if you reduce your calories by 500 a day you should lose a pound a week). Also, cut out all junk food and empty calories (soda pop).
Good luck

Your weight is 97lbs only or it's actually 97kg(equalvalent to 213.4lbs)?
Well, if your weight is 97lbs, then you are way to skinny for a 37 years old office worker.Drink weight gainer and hit the gym to add some muscle to your body.
If, your weight is 97kg(213.4lbs), well im not sure bout this because you didnt gave your details about ur height. If you are under 5'7'',then you are ............F........... A............T............
Get yourself a pair of jogging shoes and jog.
Get rid of that extra fats from your body and you will feel better bout yourself.GOod luck
