Some people are never satisfied with an answer unless someone believes the same way they do. Some people post questions just to see how many people will agree with them. Sometimes they re-post to get more opinions, or are truly not satisfied with the answers they received.

We have to understand that even though an answer seems thorough to us, the asker may not think so.

I think people repeat themselves because they aren't getting the answer that they want. They have something pre-set in their minds that they want others to say, so they'll keep repeating it until they get the answer they want. OR... they are obsessing about their problem and don't really want an answer. They get something out of the conflict rather than the solution.

Because they didn't like the question or maybe it was not what they wanted to hear, so they go on asking the same question until somebody gives them the answer that they want. So what is the point of asking it I won't waffle on any longer as I think that I have given you the answer that you maybe want to hear.

Perhaps the asker would like more people to get a chance to answer, they might then feel that they have a better idea of what most people think of their question.

Sometimes people just don't get the answer they're really looking for. Then again, if they know what answer they're looking for, why ask the question?
