Hard to tell because symptoms are different and come at different times for women. You may just be late and you're period is coming (hence the breasts being sore) or you could be pregnant and not feeling other symptoms yet. Being 4 days late already, you should be able to take a test no problem. Even a cheap one should work fine at this point! Good Luck either way!!

Nausea comes later, around 4 weeks. Frequent urination comes from the baby pushing on your bladder, which it is not doing now. If your breasts are tender then maybe your cycle is just off a bit. Get a home test or see a doctor.

tender breasts was the first sign of pregnancy i got, then the late period. the nausea and frequent urination came a couple weeks later. so you could be pregnant. the only way to be sure though is to take a test.

It just may but a flution, sometimes your late sometimes your early, but if your a month late start to worry. In the mean time get a home test kit. Some can detect preganecy after one day.

Buy a test, just so you know I've been pregnant 9 times I have four children.(I had 5 m.c.) I never once had nausea symptoms. Every one is different.

You might well be but would leave it another week or so then do a test. Gets expensive if you do one when just a few days late every time.

Well you could be becuase they breasts are tender and your late... BUT more than likely your just about to go on your period... those are also signs of your going on your period.
