To my knowledge, there isn't anything out there like that which can be made at home with a recipe. There are certain products you could put on your penis that would stimulate it, hence making lovemkaing more pleasurable, but since they weren't meant for that use, and the tissues and membranes of our genitals are so very fragile and sensitive, it would probably result in your injury. I've heard of people putting all sorts of things on, from Bengay (ouch . . . I can imagine the burn) to cinammon or hot peppers- both of which are irritants that will inflame the skin. The best bet, if you really want this, is to go out and purchase a quality creme that is meant to increase circulation and bloodflow, meant specifically for the genitals. It will increase sensitivity and hence pleasure, although you must remember that the price for such is a shorter lasting time and quicker ejaculation, unless you have absolute sexual control. Your other options are to use certain devices to help with sensitivity. I've heard tell that putting a drop of lubricant into the tip of a condom will provide fantastic sensations for men who are not circumsized. In addition, you can do as someone else mentioned and try a vibrating ********, which, as well as helping you last a little longer (the tightness around the base of the penis helps delay ejaculation), will vibrate, giving you great, increased pleasure as you thrust. There are vibrating 'eggs' that come with clips that you can put in many places so that they are near your penis, testicles (that's especially nice), perineum, or rectum. Experiment with what works for you.
Remember, too, that one of the best ways to make your experience more pleasurable is what I call the stop-and-start process. It involves a lot of teasing- which gets your libido up, up, and up, until you can barely stand it and your climax is explosively pleasurable. Basically, you alone, or you and your partner work to get you very close to climax, and then, before you can orgasm, stop. Meanwhile, you can work on your parnter (ah, the joys of taking turns), until you're under control and you go back to you, back and forth, until you are panting for it.
