I don't think it's bad. I kinda went thru the same thing. Some leaked, some were too fast, and some just didn't seem to fit his mouth right. I found a couple that seemed to work and just stuck with that kind. I found the slow flow or medium flow were better for him. I got him off that bottle right at 12 months so my dilemma didn't last all that long! I found that these things you just have to use your instincts as there is no wrong or right way.

Changing the nipples on the baby bottles can be a problem for some but not others.
The major thing to keep in mind is the nipple flow and the age of the child. If the flow is too fast for them, it can cause them to choke. There are usually guidelines on the packaging with this information. I would also check with your doctor about which one is better if you are in doubt.
As far as the type/maker of the nipples. That is based on a couple things. What you prefer based on cost, style, and benefits. What the baby will take, sometimes a baby can be fussy about the shape of the nipple and can refuse the bottle causing them to not get the nourishment they need. Also some bottle designs are helpful if you baby is having gas issues from inhaling air while drinking, so that should be a factor too.

You don't really need to change brands if you've found one your son likes. As far as getting the flow right, most brands have labels that tell you what age they're good for. For instance, it'll say 0-3 months on the package....or 6 month + or something like that. Take a look at the packaging closely and see. If you're still not sure, you can ask your baby's doctor or if you're shopping at a specialty store like Babies R Us the sales people are pretty knowledgeable and they can help you choose the right one.
Hope that helps!

Ask your scientific expert concerning the cradle cap with the aid of fact if he's bleeding then he's open to an infection. i don't be attentive to what style of bottles you utilize yet, the Gerber NUK bottles have worked large for me. in line with possibility your toddler desires the subsequent degree up in bottle nipples.

No, this is not bad at all. You need to figure out which nipple works best for your child. The only way to do that is to change the nipple until you find what works best. I did that a lot for the first few months.
