You have to start with a 2-3" before going for a 4 or 5" heel! How long your feet have been accustomed to flat shoes!

The first time waring them yes you will feel unbalanced and might have leg pain the next day the trick is to ware them around the house when your home for a week, before the big day, so you can get used to them, Not everyone is able to ware stilettos but give it a go, and usually we just need to make appearance keep a comfy pair in the car just in case, it saved me once or twice.

Hi. Start with a lower heel. If you are not used to wearing high heels, the 4" will feel shaky and your legs will ache a little.

ur better wearing shorter heels first... train yourself.. i was the same... just walk around the house in them all the time and you''ll get better .... trust me... also remember, heels shorten your achillies at the back just below the ankle which can cause problems especially when wearing flats such as flip flops.. so dont make a habit of wearing them!!

Yes, you can walk but you have to train yourself. After I wore 5" stilettos I got horrible, insufferable cramps in my legs :(... After that I swore to me never wear such heels, because it's bad for health.

I started with a lower one to get used to it first. I'm pretty much used to about 3" now. I want to get some higher ones, but figured I should start lower first.

I wear them all the time without a problem, but it did take time to learn how to walk well and wear them comfortably.
