Do I really need to stay working with the company who doesn't give moral value to his employee? Just making policy in favor only for the management? I'm afraid of being unemployed but I'm not comfortable anymore working with my boss.

Many places are the same, just different people. You never have to stay at a place you don't like. You have choices. But looking elsewhere takes time and effort and you still might end up in a place that's just not perfect either (or you might find the perfect job!).

If you're having a moral conflict with working for than employer, I'd think it would be best to move on. Especially if you're religious. You can find solice in knowing that by standing up to the evil employer you just earned a little extra notch on your pass card into Heaven.
