i have a red line inside my penis the place where semen comes it lookes like a red scar sometimes it is very painful when i ejaculate

it could be a circumcision issue... some guys do end up with them and it can lead to painful ejaculations. You have to go to your physician and let him/her check you out. No other choice... don't ignore it, be a man and go. I'm sure it will suck, but who knows he/she might be able to correct the problem for you.
