I would consult your doctor. Acne can be caused by a number of issues. Women can have a hormone imbalance that causes cystic breakouts of the skin. Sometimes it can be a bacteria in your body or stress. Some times it is just your heritage.
I had a problem a few years back with major break out issues on my back that would not clear up with any amount of bathing or anti-acne product. My doctor first put me on an antibiotic, which did not work. Then because I am of Italian decent I have oily skin, he put me on a high blood pressure medication with a side effect of dry skin. It cleared in a few days.
In the flip side, my son has dry skin. He will get white head like pimples on his face, but it is a form of eczema. So certain cleansers will make it worse from over drying his skin.
So give your doctor a call and have them help you out with this.

Wash with a special face wash made especially for clearing spots. Clearasil face wash and other products are good, Ive started to use them when i had really bad skin and they cleared up in no time, Ive been using Clearasil for years and not had any spots since that first time.

You need to burst them. But do not pierce them. Use extremely hot water on your face with a cotton ball twice a day. After a few days they will burst. Then clean your face well and use teatree oil products from then on. This should help

Consult a Dermotologist and use the medicane prescribed by him ONLY. Believe me even I had acnes on my whole face but now not even an ench is visible.

Go to the Clinique counter and ask them for the clear liquid that dries up pimples before they begin. Use it when you first see one starting. It really works.

the only way is to squeeze all the puss out then it wont be infected anymore squeeze until all the puss is gone and blood comes out you'll soon see how satisfying it is lol
