It's not a good idea to check his phone messages or his email account. You will never be satisfied until you find "something", whether it is the truth or not. It also is an invasion of his privacy, and shows your lack of trust.
It sounds like your problems are much deeper. Do you talk with each other a lot? Does he spend enough time with you?
If there are other problems that are leading to your mistrust, you might think about couseling, either for yourself or for both of you.

You should call this radio station Channel 955 or visit their website (channel995.com) they do these phone scams just for people in situations like these and wanting to know if their husband,fiance, or boyfriend is cheating what they will do is act like a flower company and do a survey asking two questions after they ask two questions they will say now that u have answered these two questions u can send a dozen long stem roses to 1 person that u choose and then ur husband will give the name and put a message on the tag and that is a way u can see if ur husband is cheating on you and also the number to the radio station is on the web site (channel955.com) oh and remember the name of the phone scam is called war of roses if they don't have any information about war of the roses on the website just call the radio station once again the number is on the website i listen to this channel everyday i get in my car and even if u don't live in Michigan they will still do war of the roses for u over the phone.

Here are some ways:
1. Does his clothes smell of perfume that doesn't belong to you? A different scent?
2. Do you find women's hair (different texture, colour, scented/unscented, long/short) on his clothes?
3. Is he whispering or talking onto the phone secretively?
4. Does he buy pressies for you unexpectedly and frequently? (he could be guilt-striken)
5. Does he rake up bills on his credit cards and his shopping is on women's stuff? ( boutiques?)
6. He lost interest making love to you?
7. he has hotel/motel receipts?
8. he always compare you with other women?
9. He often give excuses not to be with you?
10. he comes home late from work?

it sort of begins with a detachment of some kind, he isn't interested in the same things as u anymore, he may cut u short in conversations, he seems always on edge, he either sleeps alot more, or has problems sleeping. he suddenly gets a cell phone if he never had one before, answers the phone but goes in a different room to talk. makes excuses he has to work overtime, or out of town. when u make love is it non exist ant, or does it feel u are with a stranger? does he take more showers than usual,or primp in the bathroom, does he hang out with people he never would have before, has his habits changed,does he say he is going to a friends house, and he is gone for hours and hours. does he seem to get agitated if u ask him to do anything around the home.does he pick fights with u, name call, disrespect u, seem never to be on your side. does your intuition tell u something is amiss but u just can't put your finger on it, any strange vehicles passing by your home and driving by slowly. does it just seem he has no interest in u anymore. has he recently purchased new clothing for himself, or does he suddenly seem selfish, and totally out of character, does he sit across the table and stare into space, without much to say, means he is thinking about her, and ways to leave u. are there strange long distance numbers on your phone bill, and when u ask him he claims not to know.

Works more "overtime". Stays cleaned up and smelling nice to run out to do errands. Then it takes more time than it should to return home. Not asking to have sex as much or at all. Wanting to try new sexual techniques. Just these for starters...

He quits looking in your eyes when he talks to you. He is either more attentive to you, or treats you a whole lot worse. He becomes more distant. His grooming habits begin to change. he is gone more than ever from the house. You begin getting hangups on the phone. these are for starters!!

You can't tell coz his head ain't going to be written "cheated my wife just now" on his forehead after cheating you. The only way you can know is from his own words or you caught the man RED-HANDLED yourself.

Has anything changed? Coming home late, staying out late. If his routine has changed, then there is a possibility.
