Yeah, that's all very normal. I would say it's mostly stretching but at 32 weeks you're probably pretty big (in a good way) so it's very normal. I wouldn't worry too much about it, but if it's starting to worry you, call your doctor.

Good luck! You're almost there!

Although not a woman I"ve been through 2 pregnancies with two different wives and your symptoms sound normal . Your body is going through rapid changes for the big day and I imagine your feeling the effects of the extra weight and lack of previous mobility . As a man I can only imagine how difficult this must be for you . Your getting closer by the day and I'm sure you'll be glad when the day finally arrives and you have a beautiful child as a result of all the discomfort your now suffering . Just try not to over do when going about your daily routine and rest whenever you can . The last part of your pregnancy is surely the toughest . Good luck to you and communicate with your doctor any problems which are causing you concern. I'm sure some nice ladies will add more to your question than I . Good luck and congratulations to you . Just hang in there as best you can .

I had an awful tightness and pain in my groin for both of my pregnancies and its normal. Everything is under a lot of pressure. Ligaments are stretching, muscles are stretching...all making way for baby to pass through and it's close quarters in there for your baby. At times, I almost felt like everything was just going to fall out. I can remember walking through the mall and feeling like everything was just going to drop right out of me towards the end.

So its normal to feel aches and pains in places where you never even thought possible to hurt. And after baby comes, it takes a while for some of those things to go back to nomal. But it does happen.
