is it just as the present structure of the United Nation; only some powerful countries and the winners of the Second World War, have the right to veto?

I think that the UN veto power is a joke. It almost always is used in a bad way.

The UN is a joke. They could do so much for humanity but instead they "vote" and "talk" while tens of thousands of people are being slaughtered in religious and ethic wars around the world. Anybody remember Grozny? The city was bombarded from one end to the other and thousands and thousands of civilians died. Where was the UN?
