I bought a faulty item on ebay and need to return it. I've emailed the seller to ask for the postal address, but no reply so far.

Postal address or the sellers address, you will need to request the sellers contact infoemation by useing the locate and find a member form.

How to do:

You will 1st need to log on to ebay (Your Account),

Once you have logged on go to your main seller/buyer page (My eBay)

Look in the left hand collom towards the middle of the page for My Messages. Click on MY MESSAGES. A new window will then open.

Once again, look in the left hand collom on that page for (Find & Contact a Member) and click on that link.

Once again you will be on a new page. Left collom once again. Click on the link (Find Contact Information).

Once more another new page.

This is now very important. Enter User ID of member in top box. This is the eBay Sellers ID.

Click on the Search Tab.

In the box below that enter the Item Number. (This will be the page you purchaced the Item from.

I now highly reccomend that you call this person when you receive this information and not just send the item back. You should see how the seller will handel this and work with you.

Hope all this helps

You can request another member's contact information if you are involved in a current or recent transaction with them. Contact information will be emailed to you, and the member whose information you requested will receive your information as well.
