Does Dermoguard*Mixi cream remove black blemishes and spots on the skin?

Either you're confusing two different products, are aware of something the rest of us aren't or you're trying to trick us. :-)

I can't find any info on "Dermoguard*Mixi Cream anywhere except for here on Yahoo answers. This is what I DID find, however:

Siloderm Mixi cream : anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial skin cream with consituents as: Clotrimazole IP, Beclomethasone Dipropionate IP, Gentamicin sulfate IP, Chlorocresol IP, Benzyl alchohol IP in a cream base of Propylene Glycol.

DERMAGUARD is a medicated spray whose active ingredient is hydrocortisone. Though this medication is for pets, this is the same active ingredient found in many human anti-itch medications. Hydro-cortisone is an anti-inflammatory topical steroid. It works by reducing the inflammation that causes the itching.

I'm afraid DERMOGUARD produced no results for me.

Perhaps someone has resources I don't but I can tell you that the product you speak of likely doesn't exist or there's a typo. Either way, if it contains any of the above ingredients it won't help with dark spots, age spots, black spots or moles.
