4 calling birds
11 pipers piping

The verses are usually: 12 drummers drumming, 11 pipers piping, 10 lords a-leaping, 9 ladies dancing, 8 maids a-milking, 7 swans a-swimming, 6 geese a-laying, 5 gold[en] rings, 4 calling [or colly] birds, 3 french hens, 2 turtledoves, and 1 partridge in a pear tree.

However, verses nine through 12 are often interchanged, so you could get 11 ladies dancing instead pipers piping, and so forth.
