I would not be surprised if Bush and Cheney both were impeached and removed from office before the next election, which would make Nancy Pelosi the President. But I don't see anybody getting pardoned in the mess. btw--in the Constitution, someone who gets impeached cannot be pardoned. That's why Nixon resigned before he got impeached. If it looks like Bush was heading toward impeachment, he might do that, or stick to his guns, like Clinton did. We'll see.

first of all that scenario will only come true if Hillary does become president. problem is even if she were the president which i highly doubt, she is an open supporter of the war in iraq. plus her family and bush's family have a good relationship. and finally i doubt bush will be indicted due to his acts. he did nothing wrong, the senate agreed with him and so did a majority of the Americans well, at least during the first time it was declared.

It seems unlikely that George Bush will be indicted for anything, there is too much blame to spread around.

Congress is not going to proceed with an impeachment when they clearly have to shoulder too much of the blame for what has already happened. The civilian courts in America would have difficulty establishing jurisdiction to indict a President for acts committed in the performance of office.

If he IS indicted, it will be by an international court, where a Cinton pardon would have no weight...but even there, it seems unlikely the international community has the political will to make this kind of direct attack upon America.

I hope she doesnt win for her support of this war alone.
However if she does win you can rest assured that she would pardon Bush because all politicians in this country are alike.

There is virtually no difference between Republicans and Democrats both are evil corporate whores who do what their masters tell them too.

So if Bush is indicted for war crimes, and she becomes President she will indeed pardon him.

Only if Bush pardons Hillary for her cheating in the commodities market, whitewater, the travel office scandal and the murder of Vince Foster. It's bad enough she's a Senator could you imagine Bill as the First Pedophile, I mean First Man?

No the only pardon given to a prsident was Nixon by Ford and they were of the same party, but Bush will never be charged in the USA of any crimes, sad to say but realistically as well, as he has covered his butt by going to congress first
