Cute idea. Santa wouldn't really want you to get a refund.
He gave you some presents, because he believed in you.
He believed that you won't complain.
No, actually, why not send him a letter to ask?

it depends of the shop from which the present was bought so there is a possibility that you can get that refund .

you are extreamly ungratful, you should be thankful that someone thought of you and got you a present! It would be very selfish and unkind to reurn the gifts someone bought you
