Zacharia Sitchen has authored a number of books loaded with logical and tangble evidences that our Earth was visited by Extra Terristials (the Annunaki) 10's of 1000's years ago, may be more. I have read lots of books on this subject over the last 20 years and I would like to know your own viewpoints, especially on the title mentioned in my question. Thanks.

I'm totally down with it!
In fact, what is getting ready to happen is not the end of the world. But another one of the types of astronomical cataclysms described in that book.
I'm with those scientists that think AIDS was a spaceborn
pathogen. That infected our world when it passed
through a comets tail.
Seems like after I read things I find references to them
in the Bible. Like the Giant Crystal Atlantis used for
war, and it backfired and they blew themselves up.
Ezekiel 1:22 KJV only.
And after I read about the 12th planet that comes
through our solar system on a very large orbit. I
read in Job, where God is talking about the "sweet
influense of the Pleiades", (astrology?) And God
says, "Can you bring forth Mazzaroth in his season?"
Little do we Know. But the Word says there is nothing
we won't find out about before the END! Which is
just a Transition to something better.

I think he made several mistakes in his translation of the tablets.
