Never. Unless you are going to hold the 77 Senators and the 296 Representatives that voted for the invasion accountable too then your "intelligent question" is flawed.

Ever heard the term "hobbysian state of nature?" thats what states are in the international arena...the strongest makes the rules...and assume the role of judge, jury & executioner. Now, international law is quite different from municipal law; no police, no highway codes etc. This means that in a hobbysian state of nature, Tony Blair & George Bush, leaders of powerful countries that make the rules can bend it a bit and will not have their actions recognized as war crimes. NEVER!!!! Sorry.

Unfortunately they will never be considered as war crimes because they have been voted in to their respective positions by the electorate of their respective countries and are both perceived by the masses of thier respective countries as being lilly white but as you know that's a load of rubbish they are in it for a nice big pay off and book deal and nice big pension at the end off it so far from being tried for war crimes they might even get a medal what's that all about can anyone expand please!!!

At the point when they both die, soon one hopes, naturally of course, and they wake up on the other side and find God there, saying "well hello, I've been waiting for you,let me introduce a one time friend of mine, lucifer, with whom you are now going to send an eternity with".

They are not criminals. Only hippie socialists who are afraid of being drafted (or their children), consider the Prime Minister and President to be criminals.
PM Blair and President Bush are both great patriots who serve with dignity and bravery during a time of great unrest.

Probably not before it is too late to do anything about it.
Shame, but that is often the way.
