Ok lets just say..... you were driving home from a party one night...
(and yes you were under the influence) when you saw a wreck that just happened...
would you get out and help them..........or just keep driving by???
now remember that you are under the influence and the cops could be on their way!!!!

Yes.. I would help.. Provided I wasn't WAY under the influence and could .
I would take my chances with the cops(and/or get a ride home from there.)
At the scene I would also yield to clearer minds.

Usually the cops would be preoccupied with the accident so I'd take the risk and stop to c if I can help.

I think maybe....if other cars are around keep going, hope they stop!
But!! I would never drive and drink, so impossible for me to be in that position...isn't it!
But! if no other chance of a car coming?..maybe just tell them police are coming...and leave.
If their car is about to burn....I WOULD stop, no matter what would happen...and get them out...But! truth be told, we are not suppose to move them...unless there is a sign of fire...For in case their are spin injuries.....

I would call police and just pass by. So that I won't have nightmare about leaving someone behind
(though I usually won't. lol).
