How do i get a page to open up fully on my computer screen. As the page only opens up to half the size?

maximize it. windows will remember how you had the winddow set for that application and will launch the window according to you setting. Some programs have settings in them that will run full screen or "windowed"

just click on middle botton near close botton at top-right .
