if all companies ask for the expirenced people how are people going to survive ....iam working in a animation company but iam unable to put my friends in a proper job ...

If he is a fresher with good aggreagate no problme for him.
Problem comes only to the guys who are coming with less percentage.
Do you think IT is the only the target journy for all educated people. What was happend before the booming of IT?
So try to make up your freind to face today challenges. Ask him on what field he is interested. Try to establish a Healthy Net wotk with all you know (Who were well setteled). Don't compromise on the situiations. Stick to your way and finally you will be succeded in your desired way..

We must understand the predicament of Companies also, they cannot be training schools to train people. Usually people jump to better pastures once they get trained. A running company requires experienced or highly qualified people to complete the job. I do understand the concern of the employee. And IT industry is not the only option for employment. If every one educate themselves for one particular industry , time is not far of that one day the educated unemployed will overtake the uneducated unemployed.
