I assume you want a wooden toboggan, not one of the plastic or inflatable ones. I found several just on a Yahoo Shopping search. Here are the first 5.

I haven't seen or heard of anyone having one for 20 years ! Best to check the Northern states where snow is usual for winter. When "we"used to go sledding it was with anything you had or brought. A favorite was a "Equipment Innertube" with a truck size inner tube tied inside it and hold on for dear life !
The Long toboggan sled some kids had one and you could have 8-12 kids all at the same time. We worn it out ! We used a snow mobile to tow it back up the hill. If your into extreme sledding tie a inner tube behind a snow mobile and hold on ! We worn motorcycle helmets for brain buckets !!
Try inquiries in Wisconsin- Michigan-Minnesota GOOD LUCK !!
